Why Volunteer?
Brisbane Water Netball Club is run entirely by volunteers. From game days to behind-the-scenes support, volunteering is what keeps our club running and helps create a positive experience for all players and families. Whether you can help once or throughout the season, every contribution makes a difference.

Ways to Get Involved
There are many ways to get involved at Brisbane Water Netball Club, depending on your availability and interests.
Canteen Duties
A typical canteen shift runs for approximately 1–2 hours. No experience is required. Instructions and support are provided on the day, and new volunteers are always paired with someone experienced.
- Serving food and drinks
- Handling cash and EFTPOS
- Working alongside another volunteer
Game Day Support
- Scoring
- Helping with setup or pack-down
Events & Fundraising
- BBQs and special event days
- Fundraising activities and stalls
Team Support Roles
- Team managers
- Coaching assistants
Behind-the-Scenes Help
- Website or social media assistance
- Sponsorship or grant support
- Equipment or uniform coordination
